Billing happens between the 1st and 4th of the month. Shipment is around the 20th of the month, give or take a couple of days. All this info is available describing our Play! subscription. I *will* say it’s WAY easier to find this at the website rather than using the app. Oh. Also, sometimes Play! boxes do ship a little earlier than the general description says. What I’m thinking about rn though is—why are there so many different box numbers this month? It’s a little scary....

if you open Sephora in your browser and look up your recent orders, the play box will be there

I don't think so. It usually ships the 3rd week. The earliest I have ever gotten it was the 15th.
