Yet again, a different box received

This is getting ridiculous. This is the third month in a row that I have received a different box from what I was emailed. This time, I took a screen shot. There is only one item that is the same. I was really excited about my promised box and am incredibly disappointed by what I received.

Same here! I was supposed to get the same box as you, and received the same incorrect box as you. 3rd or 4th month in a row now 😞

They did that to me in March sent me two dry shampoos and Versace pink crystal that’s been a reoccurring sample reject for quite some time now. I felt as if they went in the old sample box and pulled these out to send them. I complained and they sent me the same box over again. They should have sent the real box or refunded me
