Wrong Sephora Play box

I received a completely different Play box from what it says I was supposed to receive online. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know how to fix it? The products I was sent are not products I have any interest in, literally not one single product. The ones I was supposed to get are all products I would use and I was really looking forward to them.

Yes! This is only my second month with Sephora Play and I was sent the wrong box. To make it worse the box they sent has a duplicate sample that I received last month. I was really looking forward to trying the new brands in the box shown on my account, nothing in this box is of interest to me either. I’m highly disappointed to see this may be a common problem.
