Wrong Play Box

This is only my second month with Sephora Play and I was sent the wrong box. To make it worse the box they sent has a duplicate sample that I received last month. I was really looking forward to trying the brands in the box shown on my account, nothing in this box is of interest to me either. I’m highly disappointed to see this may be a common problem.
