Very Disappointed

I didn’t get the rose toner, the smash box primerizer, the mascara base, or the alterna haircare bonus. Wish I could get the same items as everyone else in order to be part of the Sephora Play community, but I’m starting to feel like I just got the leftover samples.

I have just received the worst customer service ever from Sephora. MY play box was a mess this month. Lipstick broken , lids off of products . I didn't think I could be more disappointed until I called Sephora and pretty much it was OH WELL its only $10.00 box. Really well I look forward to them but really thinking about cancelling now! My Macy's boxes are always perfect. So sad !!!
