Unsuccessful authorization

I just wanted subscribe to Sephora Play. But after being charged 1$ by PayPal i thought something is wrong. I checked recent orders and found unsuccessful authorization status. 
Now I would like to know if another 9$ would be also charged or they’ll refund 1$? 
Should I try to reorder sephora play? Or they will ship?

Sephora Play has been discontinued. That is probably why it says unsuccessful authorization. I would cancel the monthly PayPal so that you are no longer charged.

I also have been having the same issue! I have no idea how to resolve this problem.

Hi, did you ever get your problem resolve? I have the same issue for the past 8 months. All my orders get the Unsuccessful Authorization immediately whether I use gift card, credit card, or PayPal. When I call, the phone agent is clueless and just say that they'll have the back office take a look but nothing is ever solved.
