Skewed matching???

Why would I receive an anti frizz smoothing hair butter when I’ve indicated fine, straight hair??? And why would I receive not 1 but  2! moisturizers when I’ve indicated combination/acne concerns! One more mismatched box like this and I’m outta here!!!

Same here except my profile indicates my hair is thick & frizzy yet they always send me volumizing products!

Girl, me too. I was reading the “frizz” on the bottle and was like “who’s that for?” Totally got it wrong.
