September Play! Box missing item

My box arrived today and I only have 4 items plus bonus scent. According to the sheet that arrives with it, I'm missing the First Aid Beauty primer. Has anyone else had this problem? My perfume sample looks only half full, which is a disappointment because I thought it smelled good. This is the first box I've had arrive that I've had any issues with. I tried posting a photo but each time I try to upload, it says the photo is not a supported file format, so we will see if it shows up. Has anyone contacted Sephora with any luck?
