Sephora Play

Hello. I just bought the sephora play box and it shows up in my subscriptions but all it says is a brief summary and "learn more" option. Once I click on that, it brings me to the main sephora play page. I tried clicking on customize profile but it said it was only for members of sephora play. It's also showing that the subscriptions are full. Can someone help me?

 I would just contact customer service so they can look up your account, they have always been pretty great with me on answering questions.  It sounds like you might be on a waitlist.

It may be possible you will not get it until next month, if they are sold out. Maybe it needs a few days to process. I would say check if you have been charged and if you have then contact customer service.

It's also not showing up on order/purchase history.
