Saying shipped, but not actually shipped!

I got an email saying that my Sephora play! Has shipped, but when I check the shipping status it just says “shipping information received”, no delivery date...and it has been this way for almost a week now. Has anyone else had this problem? I was excited for this subscription, but will most likely cancel if this is a normal thing.

Hi @jmarieg  After the PLAY! boxes are prepared for shipment, it can take a few days to get going. I see that your tracking has updated with a delivery date. You can expect to receive your PLAY! box between the 15th and 25th of each month.

why sephora keeps peoples' money for 3 weeks then ? they charge us at 3rd day or something of each month and we have to wait for box till 20th..

My box is supposed to come today, but I’m extremely Annoyed as my box has been sitting at a post office about 30 minutes away from me for 3 days now.. I’m definitely going to be canceling after I receive this box.
