SO DISAPOINTED

I've been getting a Sephora Play Box for the last year and I have been so disappointed the last 4 BOXES!!! For starter ALL I get are skincare stuff that I don't even use!! I want to get actual make up and when I get the emails showing what is in this month's box I ALWAYS see make up, then 99% of the time i NEVER get it and ONLY get skincare stuff!! ALSO in every single box..... not just one..... EVERY box I get the SAME Bite Lipstick or Lipstick Pen....the least you can do is give me a different shade sephora.... I love this store and I love getting subcription boxes but I may have to take my money elsewhere... oh wait I did I got Boxycharm...I'm so tired of missing out on amazing makeup and getting the same shade of lipstick every single time....... if this isn't fixed in my next box I'm Canceling.
