SEE WHAT YOU GOT email??

When you get an email that says "SEE WHAT YOU GOT", does it not show what you are getting in that months Play! box?? I got an email for July  and was soooo excited at what I was getting. Only to receive a completely different one. I emailed and the response was that the email that is sent is only what "may" be in your box?? WTH?? Then why does it say "SEE WHAT YOU GOT"? Every other month has been spot on. I get mistakes happen, but do not make me feel as though I made it. If this is true then why have a Beauty Profile, why not just send a generic email to everyone that shows the products that you may or may not get! smdh. #

Can anyone answer this or anyone had this happen?
