Repeat product in play subscription box

So I just opened up my play box for this month and one of the products I had already gotten from a previous month’s box. Can’t say I’m not disappointed because I definitely am. Has this ever happened to anyone else before with their play subscription?

Same here. I never get all of the items that I em emailed about as well.

I had three repeats from boxes with the past few months in my November box, so I also came to see if that was true of everyone else as well. I'm both sorry and comforted to see someone's in the same boat. I'm not sure what to do about this situation, because I'm honestly kind of appalled lol.
