Products on my profile different from what I received :(

Was looking forward to trying the products out on my online profile, but my box didn’t match...instead I received disappointing products. SAD. This has happened multiple times. Feeling disappointed.

Seriously? Second month in a row that I did NOT get what the email said I was getting. I received total crap. Not cool. I have been receiving your boxes since you started and the last few month have been very disappointing. Fix the problem or get out of the box business. Damaging the Sephora brand. Like I’m going to take some pills from a box are you kidding me?

I also got that same email saying I had those specific items in my box, but received the same products you received. Frustrating.

I got the hum, the charcoal mask, and like some lip scrub thing. I didnt even get that other stuff. ugh

This happened for the second time this month.. I received almost all repeat products. I’d like to cancel my box. How can I do that?

Same here.... was so excited to try the products shown on my account instead a box full of repeats.... so disappointed 🙁😔

The same thing happened to me as well. What I was told i was getting turned out to be that same awful box shown above. I’m very dissatisfied with the box.
