Playbox items not same as pictured

Why doesn’t the play box items pictured here in the app match the actual box? Does Sephora just throw whatever is laying around or left to fill the boxes, I mean you look forward to what is pictured to try and then you don’t get them ?

This what was pictured I didn’t get The hello fab primer or the fresh scrub.. got belief cream and some fresh toner neither of which I’ll use .. don’t need skin care .. at least the primer would have been useful to try
