Play box cancelled with no reason..

I have been waiting for my Sephora Play Box and when I checked to see where it was. My app says my box was canceled but I don’t understand why? My card was still good. I did change my shipping address but that shouldn’t cancel it, right? Now I’m sad because I won’t get one this month.... 😞

You should call them and demand that you did not cancel. It’s mistake on their part
