I suggest you perform exclusion lists for play taking previously disliked, negatively reviewed, or products that were returned based on allergies. 

Its pretty disheartening to see the same product you returned due to a rash be sent to you again.

The Sephora skin line just does't agree with me.

Unsubscribed, It's a good idea but needs work. You should employ some experts in big data to fully utilize your customers shopping history to provide a more satisfactory experience. For example I prefer my skin nice & clear. I have never bought foundation at Sephora yet I keep being pushed primers, glows, and setting powders.

Especially as replacements to the samples I really wanted. I care not for all of these foundations, primers, cheap setting powders. 

For $10 I expect to have at least received Chanel Gabriel as the sample perfume. 😞
