Last monday I've received an email about the cancellation of the subscription of my sephora play but I've didn't do that, what should I do?

Same happened to me and I called. They told me that since I did not sign up between the 1-7th of the month that I would have to wait until November but I didn't have to do anything further. I would recommend you call and find out.
