Over it!!

Every month seems like a waist of money I have never gotten what my email said or what It said on here I’m so disappointed with these boxes all I keep getting is creams and mascaras they definitely don’t fallow the profile that I’ve filled out I don’t see what was the purpose of that if I’m not getting anything that matches my profile. Definitely time to cancel this worthless subscription.

Hi @MimiSamna - I apologize for the confusion surrounding your Play! preview! I will be forwarding this to the Play! team so they are aware.  When clicking the link through the email, please be sure you log in to your account from that page.  This should show you the preview of the items you are supposed to receive in your box.  If you would like for me to confirm the contents of your box, please send me a private message with your email address.
