Mixed Feeling on Worthiness of Play! Susbscription

I have to say while I like many of the samples I receive the fact that shipping and marketing of Play! is so inconsistent is disappointing. Some months I know what is in my box a week or more before it arrives and the system for tracking shipments is terrible. I already spend a lot of money unnecessarily at Sephora and am starting to wonder if it's worth having what are often repetitive samples. I'm tempted to see/try some of the others out there.
