Missing product in my beauty box

There's no way I'm the only one this happens to but, out of at least two beauty boxes ove gotten I am missing a product. That's frustrating and I've just not been as pleased as I'd hoped with what I've been getting in my box. Especially because I've gotten several products I already own. I mean, I get it, it's a box of popular stuff and there are too many to really customize it but, I do wish we could have a selection of boxes and choose from those or get a selection of products and build a box. I'm unfortunately ending my subscription after this June box, it's just not worth it when you're unhappy and missing part of what you've paid for.
