January Play box dilemma

About 2 weeks ago I received an email saying my January play box had been shipped. I deleted the email with the tracking number because I figured the box would come. Here I am at the end of the month with no way to track the package. I called customer service and they couldn’t give me a tracking number.    

Im assuming USPS lost it but I just want to know what happened to it and I can’t do it without the tracking number. Help! I actually wanted the box I got this month too! 😔

it's not just you. a lot of us haven't got out boxes. sephora never actually shipped them. my tracking still says label created waiting for acceptance. that's since the 11th. sephora screwed up this time.
