I also have been billed this month and nothing yet this is my first time not looking like it will be a second time

I get bags from other companies and they give updates on packages coming also a tracking number really think this will be my first and last

I completely agree. I have ipsy and also birch box and each give tracking and progress emails. Much better. This will also be my First and last with play.

You can always check your shipping status under your orders. My October box didn’t ship until the 17th.
