How to get to the primer balm of Trestique

I got the Trestique lip balm in my December box but I can't figure out how to twist off the bottom to get to the balm. Help

Just peel off the barcode label and you will be able to open it up.  It took a while for me to get it off but it worked.

I think I know what you're asking. The full size product has BOTH a primer AND tinted lip balm. I don't believe this mini sample includes the primer. I've tried to pull the flat bottom off as well!

I got to the color. I'm talking about the glaze that 's supposed to be on the bottom of it. I have not been able to get that to come off
