Every box is just repeats! Wow.....this sucks. I didn't get last months box because of a post office error. Everything in this month's boxes is a repeat....already got most of this in other month's boxes!

#177, which contains two samples I already have and the rest leaves me unenthusiastic (there are things in other boxes I might actually buy in a full size). The smell of turmeric makes me gag. At least I didn't get stuck with more useless mascara.

How do you know which box you have?

@unparalledbydk Hello!  👋   If you log in through a browser, NOT the app, and go to your Account > Recent Orders > View Order Details for your Play! box (it was dated 2/3 for me), you can see the “item number” next to the image. The last 3 numbers of the item number is your box number. Make sure you’re looking at the ITEM number. 😉

Is the MUFE that light color? On my spoiler email, it’s the same dark berry color as the Sephora lipstick. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Mari32Mari I’m not getting #193, but just wanted to clarify... that box doesn’t come with that entire palette as shown in the picture- it’s actually two shades from that palette! I’ve received it (twice, actually 😉) In different subscriptions. I think it’s pretty cute!

Tks! But I knew that! I saw the little duo once. But actually this month I do prefer my box with the Clinique eyeliner! Hopefully it’s gonna be the full size like last month (I didn’t get it).

@Mari32Mari Great! I knew there was a lot of confusion about the eye palette, and just wanted to be sure! 😉 I’m glad you’re pleased with your box, I know there’s been a lot of complaints about the boxes- so it’s refreshing to hear someone say they’re looking forward to it, lol! 👍

How do the determine who gets what box? Do I need to change something to get different stuff I’ve just got a red lipstick in almost every box. It looks like I’m getting box 144 and I’m not really excited the boxes with mascaras liners and nude lips are awesome bummed I didn’t get one of those.

@BreezyG They send you a selection of products that they think are the best for you, based on the answers you provide in your PLAY! PROFILE. It does seem like it can be hit or miss at times! noooooo I don't like box 201 😞 Why would they send this to me.....! 144 would make me so happy... I love all of them except for the sephora lipstick

I’m getting 144 and am really happy about it. It is my third red lipstick in 4 months but I expect repeats. So much red lipstick.
