Received mine.  It was a Sephora creme that they no longer carry on the site.  Without instructions on use on the tube.  Or on the site.  This was my first box in my subscription.  Very disappointed.

I got my “surprise” item, but they left out one of the five actual items (the Fresh Sugar Lip Caramel). It was the one item I was actually super-excited to try and of course they forgot it 🙄

The same thing happened to me!! I was super excited to see what I got and there was nothing “extra” in the box. What were they supposed to be anyway? Disappointed 😔
