Empty (Or Nearly) Caudalie VinoSource Sorbet

I got my box.  Yay!

It was the correct box.  Yay!

I was excited for most of the items in it.  Yay!

But then...

The Caudalie VinoSource Sorbet has so little product in it that I don't think I can even squeeze any out--it's like the last remnants of your shampoo bottle stuck to the sides after you put it upside down for a week hoping for one last wash--but nothing budges. 

I have another unused tube the same size and compared, and the product in the other tube is just under the word VinoSource on the front, so this is obviously defective.

I chatted with Customer Service and they are crediting me with some points, but still, very disappointing.  You would think that someone would notice that the cases of these tubes seemed a bit lighter than they should be.  The "full" tube weighs .8 ounces, the empty tube weighs .5 ounces, so that's over a third difference in weight.  On a single tube you might not notice, but do that math and it's over five pounds per gross (which is what a typical case would be).

Same here there's hardly any product in my caudalie, very disappointing.
