Damaged product in May Box

Hate to be a Debbie Downer but this months play-box arrived with the Becca highlighter damaged. Unlike other reviews/comments I don’t mind repeats of items and I love the faux-denim bag - super cute! But Sephora who ever is doing your processing and shipping needs help. Far too many items arrive damaged or just poorly packed. While Play is not a big ticket item - “anything you do, is indicative of everything you do” I shutter to think the next time I order a high end item what may happen.
