Damaged perfume sample Nov play box

 The perfume sample in my Nov play box was empty. Did anyone else have the same issue?

Same here. My bag was also not sealed which the sad thing my products were everywhere. Also my perfume was also affected, nothing was there. Did anyone else notice  a weird smell with the Grande Lips. Tried it and guess I'm allergic to it cause my lips burned, turned red and had a acidity and bitter taste to it.

exactly my thoughts. I even wanted to start new thread : why is this lipstick so stinky . may be because it gone bad ? my plastic bag was open also and powder cup was unscrewed but thankfully it didn't spill because there was plastic stopper .

My bag wasn't sealed closed. Some of the samples were in the bag & some outside of the bag. My translucent powder was open & spilled all over in bag & box. Big disappointment. I can't use it now.
