Damaged Lipstick in Feb Play! Box

New subscriber and my first box arrived with a damaged lip product. Extremely disappointed. Only excited for two of the five products... Definitely NOT worth the value after this first box. In the long run, is the Play! box really worth it?

Mine was exactly the same way too! I've gotten a few boxes that had damaged items. I haven' fully decided it's not worth it yet but I'm close to canceling.
