My lipstick was damaged too! Don’t give up on the Play box, however, this rarely happens (I’ve subscribed for a long time). The excitement when a new box arrives is definitely worth the small fee. I waste more money than that on “non fun” things every month.

Mine was broken, and it looked like it had been used before. Don't know what to think about that it had been used before.
Same, as soon as I took the cap off the actual lipstick part just fell out

Same here but I was able to push it back in. Not sure how long it will last. Loved the color so I was going to order it and it is sold out. Why send us a item that we will not be able to purchase?
My Sephora lipstick was also broken!!!!! Omg what kind of trash is this that they would send out broken lipstick!!!!!!!! They should give us extra in the march box or a refund!
Mine was also damaged! Just like you're! So disappointing. Looks like a pretty color 😓
I emailed customer service and they gave me a $5 credit.
I got the same one same color and mine too was broken!!! Also I keep getting reds lipstick which is pretty but I don’t wear red lips daily. They always throw a Sephora brand lip product in there I don’t get the play box for Sephora brand I wanna try the other stuff the new stuff!!!You know what I mean!!!!
Y'all are being kind of petty. I too, received a lipstick that was "damaged", but the fact is all you have to do is set it back in place, and it'll stay. Probably happened because they didn't want to truly "damage" the lipstick by pushing it in too hard. It's a pretty amazing color, stop complaining and try it... IJS
My lipstick was also broken, and my other lip product was a repeat, again....sick of repeats!! Also saw the sneak peek for March and it mentions the verb ghost oil, which I already have from another box....hoping I don't get ANOTHER repeat. Play! Is disappointing me lately.

I got 5he same lip product and mine was damaged like that as well. Been really disappointed lately also only liking 2 products in February. I don't think they should give us 100 point perks for our subscription. Not seeing the value.
Mine came broken too!! Bummer
So was mine! The past few boxes i've gotten with a lipstick have been damaged. Extremely disappointed. I'm still on the fence about my play subscription. I get several other "boxes" every month & have never had a problem with those.
