Confused

I was bored and clicked on this group to see if anything new had come up. First time I've heard of HELLO! When PLAY! box was halted, I received a notification of the change and was told I'd get another notification when what they were working on was available. Never got that notification 😒 Anyway, is this not a monthly subscription? If not, it's lame. I'm sorry Sephora but I liked the surprises! I had previously canceled my Ipsy subscription for the PLAY! box then went back to it when PLAY! stopped. Was looking forward to getting another one from Sephora but looks like I'm sticking with Ipsy for now.

Our Sephora Hello! boxes are similar to our discontinued PLAY! Subscription. But, Hello! does not require a subscription!

I just don't see why they thought that would be better. I like knowing I'm gonna get mine! Like I said, this is the first I've heard of HELLO!, and the first time I went to it, it was sold out already. I read that many people have said the same about previous boxes. Plus it takes the fun out of it bc there are no surprises. I still want PLAY! back!
