Hey, latest is that it finally got delivered to my local post office. But I didn’t get that PM. Y’all are really having a problem with delivery, tracking, what goes in boxes. And never address them. I cancelled my subscription and went to another beauty box. I love Sephora and I am deeply disappointed in something I was really excited about. I wanted to try new products and learn new techniques since I’m only now getting back into beauty (thanks to one of your employees in store). But your box and the customer service for it is abysmal.
