App and box don’t match

I’ve seen others talk about how what the app shows for their box is not what they receive, and that’s been happening to me as well consistently since January. It’s been annoying for sure, but after the September box I am feeling a bit frustrated because what the app shows is ALWAYS the combination I’d like to receive but what I get is stuff I can’t use or have gotten before. How is that even possible? I hate pining after my app box but never getting it Smiley Sad

I'm really sorry about that! If you are not signed into your account on the app, it will show a generic box. If you are signed in, it should show the box you are receiving. If you are signed in and still seeing the incorrect box listed, please send me a private message with your PLAY! order number so I can look into this further. Thank you.
