Always getting mis-shipped!!!

So, I have been a long time subscriber of play for over a year now. I absolutely love it! I look forward to it and I pay for it monthly so you understand why myself and anyone else would be upset when it gets delivered to someone else. This last month was the third time I believe, if not the fourth that someone else has gotten to indulge in my play box! If I knew where it was getting delivered to I would sure as hell be knocking on that door demanding my package but I haven’t a clue! I understand that it’s usps that continues to be ignorant but at the same time, how can Sephora continue to allow this to happen?? I have been refunded, given another box, given 200 points in place of the inconvenience and I appreciate all of those things. But, it continually happens and at this point I just hope that it shows up bc I just can’t rely anymore. Is this happening to anyone else on the play subscription? What’s really frustrating is when I’m told they are out of stock and give me a refund. I saw last months items and was like 😩😩😩 I would have loved everything as I normally do but it was a good box and once again I missed out! Why can’t this be addressed and corrected? Every time the customer service rep is rude and annoyed and I have to argue to even get any kind of replacement or perk. That shouldn’t be happening... am I alone in this?
