i need a new skin care routine for oily skin and congestion around nose area.. i would like some suggestions on products to keep oil at bay like a moisturizer for oily and maybe a toner for the congestion?

If you're looking to start a new routine from scratch, @saaammmmmm I'd get your base routine of cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen down first and then once you have those set, add in a BHA/salicylic acid serum to help tackle the congestion. Here area  few recs for each category:
