how can i get rid of little bumps on my face after applying makeup

Hi Dr. Murad i get little bumps on my face after applying makeup or any product they arent pimples or black heads ive exfoliated applied different masks different moisturizers nothing works they look like a small outbreak but they dont and arent red they are just very visible

I used to get those often on my forehead, and basically they are almost pimples under the skin, I used the Aztec secret Indian Healing Clay, which you can get on amazon for around 12-16$ It comes in a good sized container in a powder consistency. You can mix it with water or apple cider vinegar and apply it to the places with these bumps. I did this everyday for about a week and almost all of the tiny bumps were gone. I really recommend this product for those pesky bumps.
