foundation/primer combinations for oily skin

i'm looking for a primer that will help keep me matte all day. i also have issues with my foundation not sticking to my skin throughout the day and breaking up around my t-zone, so any suggestions that will fix both of those issues? right now i'm using the MAKE UP FOR EVER Matte Velvet Skin Full Coverage Foundation Y415 Almond and the maybelline fit me loose setting powder. i like that combination so i'd like to just find a new primer to use, but i'm open to foundation suggestions as well!

I like the Givenchy Matissime Velvet Foundation for primer I use two. I also struggle with makeup breaking up around my t-zone 1st I use MAC prep + prime skin refined zone treatment just in my t-zone little bit goes along way. Then follow with Tacha the silk canvas. Set loose powder Laura mercier and with revolution makeup revolution pro fix oil control spray.
