What’s your go to primer?

Trying to find something to help keep my foundation from pretty much melting off half way through work. Have tried Porefessional and Smashmouth but did not like.

What is your skin type? I adore the Becca Backlight Primer. It adds the perfect healthy glow to your skin. It makes my makeup apply SO smoothly on top!

I second the Too Faced Hangover primer, I also how it makes my foundation look very natural as well.

My go to primer is NARS the one in the white tube, i can’t remember the exact name or the FENTY BEAUTY primer.

The Milk Hydro Primer is A++! Its a water based gripping primer. It cools, smoothes, and helps with redness too 🙌🏽

@danihermanns Another vote for the  Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer Standard Size - 1 oz/ 30 mL

This stuff is AMAZING and keeps me matte when nothing else will.

I second @sprocketta 's recommendation for the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer. It has a silky texture and gives me a natural matte finish all day. It also really helps to control my oily t-zone.

@danihermanns I use a ton of different primers, however, my favorite is the LAURA MERCIER - Foundation Primer - Radiance.I have found that it gives me a natural glow underneath my foundation and also smoothes my skin before foundation application. I hope this helps!

I use the NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Matte primer on my t-zone to keep my makeup from abandoning me by midday.

I like the Makeup Forever mattifying primer. It’s the one in the dark gray tube. I also like the TF peach primer. Both are meant for oily skin and leave your skin with a sort of tacky yet clean feel which I love for applying foundation.

I'm with @Titian06 on mineralveil. Make sure it dries all the way though, otherwise you'll be very disappointed.

@danihermanns Another surprise fav is Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen, and the tinted mineral version.  Both serve as really great primers, and have SPF 40

The the milk Hydro Grip primer is the best when it comes to gripping to your foundation all day make it last. It's my new summer holy grail!

I love the MILK MAKEUP Hydro Grip Hydrating Makeup Primer with Hyaluronic Acid + Niacinamide 1.52 / 45 mL It feels so nice on the skin. It really smooths the skin and your make up applies so well! It also helps with oil control.

Ugh. I dislike Porefessional also... 

Currently, I am enjoying the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r. I can definitely notice that it helps with foundation longevity and creasing. You only need it around the center of your face and one pump is enough.
