What is the best foundation for oily skin?

I have tried so many foundations but I can’t find the right one. I need one with no water in it because it makes my skin look more oily than usual.

I really love the Too Faced Peach Perfect Matte Foundation. I wear the foundation normally 10 to 12 hours and stay all day without oil.

I know you're looking for a foundation that doesn't have water in it but have you tried the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation? This foundation is great for oily skin types! It absorbs excess oil and lasts all day.

The Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation also has water in it but works really great for me. I get so oily in my t zone and this holds up really well. I do have to set it with setting powder but even when I don't, it tends to last many hours!
