Volumizing mascara for super oily eyelids?

I feel like I've tried every drugstore mascara, even the holy grails. I was trying to avoid buying expensive mascara because I've upped my skincare game recently. But I have really hooded eyelids and long lashes and I get transfer from any mascara I try it seems like. Any suggestions for a good volumizing mascara that won't transfer throughout the day? I work long shifts and don't have time for touchups! Thanks!
