What's your current routine, @Shockalet? What type of toner are you wanting to use? Toner is a really broad category that covers a lot of different types of products- exfoliating, hydrating, ph-adjusting, mattifying, etc.

No I'm not I guess I need to find a good moisturizer

I really just wash my face with goat milk soap and that's it I did try fenty cleanser and toner mini set my face is really oily

Are you using moisturizer, @Shockalet? I would add that before a toner.
