Tiny bumps acne rosacea

Please can someone help me with my skin! Tried everything no cure yet! Had it for years tiny bumps all over my face! Not sure if it’s rosacea acne, hormones or fungal acne. Just mainly in my cheeks and forehead.

I’ve seen two different dermatologists now. They mentioned acne rosacea and gave me tretinion and Azelaic acid with no success.
