Slightly oily skin

So I have slightly oily skin, mainly around my nose and t zone. I'm looking for suggestions on a good skin care routine as well as foundation and any other products you really love! I've been using the Kat Von D lock it foundation but noticed it separating a lot around my nose, smile lines, and t zone. I use the POREfessional primer and the Kat Von D setting powder currently as well!
