Skin still oily

Hi guys, I’ve been experimenting with moisturizers for my oily skin, for the most part my skin hydrated and properly exfoliated  throughout the week. I use the matcha hemp gel cleanser from Krave. All my moisturizers are meant for acne oily prone skin. They sink in great on my skin but after a couple hours I still get a little shine especially on the t zone. Is this because my moisturizer is still to heavy or is it because it’s not enough for my oily skin? My skin is decently hydrated for the most part I believe the lack of water can’t be the main issue.  To be fair I have been over cleansing but I make up for the lost of hydration with serums. Thank you !

I feel like when I need to figure my skin out, it's best to scale back.
