Hard choice! I would say that the UD is better if you have more oily skin. I find that the Too Faced one gives a nice dewy finish and it smells amazing.

I have heard great things about Too Faced. I like Urban Decay but I would suggest the Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Makeup Setting Spray Standard Size - 4 oz/ 118 mL

I have oily skin and I tried the Urban Decay De-Slick Oil-Control Makeup Setting Spray 4 oz/ 118 mL

and I like the original better. I hope that this suggestion helps.
