Recommendations for a super hydrating clean day cream for winter?

Does anyone have any clean super hydrating daily moisturizers that they're in love with? I tend to have dry dull skin throughout the winter and my summer moisturizer (Dr. Andrew Weil for Origins Mega-Bright SPF 30 Skin Tone Correcting Oil-Free Moisturizer) just doesn't cut it for this time of year. I use Herbivore oils for nighttime but I need a good moisturizer for daytime. Help please!!

I have dry skin and I've been really enjoying Farmacy Honey Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer 1.7 oz/ 50 mL! Works great under make up or on it's own.

Anything that's considered Clean by Sephora or any natural/plant-based products that isn't tested on animals and doesn't have any of the following ingredients: sulfates, parabens, formaldehydes, synthetic fragrances, mineral oils, that kind of thing.
