Recommendation for combo skin

Hi yall!

This is my first post. I just joined. I begin my makup routine with primer and finish with setting spray. However,  my makeup doesn't last the whole day. Especially my lips and eyeshadow.  Any tips would be so appreciated.  I am a relative newbie to makeup even though im 54 years old. I just have never been able to achieve a beautiful look that lasts.

@Dtowlson7m3 Are you setting your foundation with powder?  Do you use an eye primer?  Do you use a lip primer?

I use my primer all-over my face. I havent used powder to set my foundation.  I will try that. I use a lip scrub but no lip primer. Can i use the primer for my face on my lips as well?
