Oil slick in minutes

I have very oily skin and within minutes of putting on my foundation and setting powder my face looks like on oil slick. What’s a good foundation or powder to try?

My face is the same way, I religiously use the MURAD - MattEffect Blotting Perfector. It is a LIFE SAVER!!
