Hiiiiii! Try using a silk pillowcase and washing it at least once a week and also not sleeping with wet hair. You can also use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of oil.

I recommend using a clarifying shampoo before ur regular shampoo as it helps remove extra oil from the hair and deep clean the scalp. Try also using lightweight hair products, which can also help as heavy products may cause grease.
